Ms. Princess Henderson had a life changing event when she received a donated car. As a single mother with a special needs daughter, Princess was in desperate need of a car until Matt deGarmo’s Project Wheels provided a miracle in the form of a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta!
New Canaan Foreign Car donated all the labor to make minor repairs and fully service the car to make it safe and reliable for Princess and her daughter. The Umbrella Club of Stamford, a local community-based charity, graciously helped Matt deGarmo purchase the car.
Leelee S. Klein, President Emeritus of The Tiny Miracle Foundation, identified Princess as the perfect recipient for the miracle Jetta.
After 35 successful years in vintage cars, Mr. deGarmo of Matthew L. deGarmo Ltd. Classic Motorcars in Norwalk is giving back to the community, using his network of car people to provide cars to local needy families who have special-needs children. Mr. deGarmo’s long time friend and car dealer, Matt Konspore of New Canaan, found Princess’ perfect Jetta.
