Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will be the go-to person for our customers, helping them with their automotive service needs. Your role will include:

• Greeting customers and checking in cars
• Coordinating repairs and estimates
• Scheduling work and keeping customers updated
• Ordering parts, creating invoices, and processing payments
• Ensuring quality control and delivering completed vehicles back to customers promptly
• Moving cars, offering rides, and handling any other tasks that keep the shop running smoothly

We need someone who:

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and keep organized
• Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Enjoys problem-solving and working with a team
• Has a neat appearance and takes pride in their work

Qualifications:

• Some experience in automotive service sales and/or management
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a team environment
• Reliable and able to maintain a productive, friendly atmosphere
• Ability to keep customers informed and deliver exceptional service
